aty | Founder & Principal Architect
Ms. Gulaty received her B.Arch in 2000 and M.Arch in Urban Design in 2002 from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and her second Masters’ degree M.Sc in Sustainable Environmental Design at the AA London in 2022. Her studies at the AA London were fully funded by the Chevening Scholarship 2021-22 which has a global success rate of 2-3%.
Majority of her 2 decade work experience has been with global design firms such as Surbana Jurong, AECOM, IBI and ARCOP, where she led end-to-end delivery of projects. Her project experience comprises a diverse range of typologies including Mixed Use developments, multi-Family residential, IT Parks, University Campuses, Commercial, Retail.
Notable Projects include Jagiroad Integrated Satellite Township at Guwahati, Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Centre) at New Delhi, Sustainable Development of Andaman Islands, Panaji Smart City at Goa, M3M Golf Estate at Gurugram, The Nexus at Amritsar, and Global Foyer at Gurugram.
She excels in developing context specific and innovative, people centric design solutions and has won recognition in International and National Urban Design and Architecture Competitions. She is a Life Member of the ISOCARP (International Society of Community and Regional Planners), a Fellow of the Institute of Urban Designers India and a registered architect with the Council of Architecture of India.

Dastan (Aryan Garg)
Dastan leads the studio’s computational design practice, bringing 3+ years of experience translating complex geometry into scalable, production-ready reality. Trained as an architect and fluent in Grasshopper, Python, and C#, he builds algorithmic systems that carry projects from design intent through rationalization to fabrication — workflows that have cut design R&D and change-cycle time by 75% and delivery timelines by up to 50%.His portfolio spans the Gulf and India: as Head Computational Designer at Alchemist in Abu Dhabi, he led parametric facade, lighting, and furniture systems for robotic 3D-printing (KUKA | prc) and additive manufacturing, while in Delhi he delivered 104+ metal facade concepts with automated CNC shop drawings, a 237-metre NHAI toll plaza as computational lead, and the winning Cardboard Pavilion at the Lucca Biennale 2024.Dastan’s focus is on workflows where constraints become parameters and every design decision arrives manufacture-ready.
Landscape Architect
Anugrah Kirpal Gupta
Anugrah is a Landscape Architect with a Master’s degree from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, and professional experience in designing sustainable, functional, and context-responsive landscapes. He has worked at Integral Design International Studio Pvt. Ltd., contributing to landmark projects such as the Adani Veris Iconic Tower, Gurgaon, and Thapar University, Patiala. He has also worked with Building Design Partnership (BDP) on the landscape masterplan for the proposed 2036 Olympic Games and with NMP Design Pvt. Ltd., where he developed expertise in planting design, construction detailing, material and lighting plans, BOQs, and project coordination.Complemented by a certification in Permaculture Design, he brings a strong understanding of sustainable design, water-sensitive planning, and regenerative landscape practices. He is committed to delivering innovative, resilient, and meaningful outdoor environments through thoughtful design and continuous learning.
