Bhavana Gulaty | Founder & Principal Architect
Ms. Gulaty received her B.Arch in 2000 and M.Arch in Urban Design in 2002 from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and her second Masters’ degree M.Sc in Sustainable Environmental Design at the AA London in 2022. Her studies at the AA London were fully funded by the Chevening Scholarship 2021-22 which has a global success rate of 2-3%.
Majority of her 2 decade work experience has been with global design firms such as Surbana Jurong, AECOM, IBI and ARCOP, where she led end-to-end delivery of projects. Her project experience comprises a diverse range of typologies including Mixed Use developments, multi-Family residential, IT Parks, University Campuses, Commercial, Retail.
Notable Projects include Jagiroad Integrated Satellite Township at Guwahati, Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Centre) at New Delhi, Sustainable Development of Andaman Islands, Panaji Smart City at Goa, M3M Golf Estate at Gurugram, The Nexus at Amritsar, and Global Foyer at Gurugram.
She excels in developing context specific and innovative, people centric design solutions and has won recognition in International and National Urban Design and Architecture Competitions. She is a Life Member of the ISOCARP (International Society of Community and Regional Planners), a Fellow of the Institute of Urban Designers India and a registered architect with the Council of Architecture of India.
