Regeneration of a redundant Air Base in the heart of Singapore to a vibrant Mixed Use community comprising Business District with Commercial Towers. High Street Retail. Multi family residential, Institutional clusters and recreational amenities.

RE-IMAGINING PAYA LEBAR AIR BASE…. From PLAB to Destination GLAB
The Vision for Paya Lebar Air Base redevelopment is the creation of Destination GLAB : A dynamic destination for Global Living Activities & Business.
The master planning of the new town is based on the TRIPLE-S framework of Sustainability, Services & Spatiality.
The redundant runway is reimagined as the new boulevard around which the town centre is organized. The surrounding road network is extended into the site . The ponds are retained as they are and designed to be the focus of the recreational precinct of the Project.
