Program:

  • Retail
  • Commercial
  • Residential
  • Hospitality
  • Recreational
  • Healthcare

Design Ideation:

The development is imagined as ‘Sliver City’. Sliver City is a net zero urban development with precincts organized around slivers of alternating water and greens which maintain the ecology of the site as well as act as recreational spaces.
The organizing principles of the design are:

  • The site is structured into alternating slivers of water and green.
  • Buildings are organized into clusters in the space along these slivers.
  • The building clusters comprise a combination of streets and courts as per the use.

Each precinct has a distinct character and contains a mix of residential space with a combination of commercial, cultural, healthcare and technology-oriented business spaces. The campus is designed to be a vibrant community development with activity spread over 24 hours over the entire site.
